Today is Jeans Day at work...actually we are having a company picnic...so I will have worked for 2.5 hours once I leave at 11:30 am for the park. It's so nice to work at a place that appreciates its employees, my old job would never ever have let us out half a day to eat and mingle. To dunk our co-workers in a dunking booth or generally just to relax. I woke up this morning feeling motivated and pumped about spending the day outside with my new friends. It even seems as though the crotchety employees are feeling jeans day. One who has never spoken to me or thanked me for holding the door for him, said to me "GOOD MORNING YOUNG LADY!" thank buddha, allah, jesus and all the saints, it's jeans day!
